Andrea (Smith) St. Urbain started Premium Sports Business Consulting in 2019, a freelance business that specializes in Premium Seating strategies and solutions for sports organizations and entertainment venues. Over the past four years she has partnered with various sports teams, private companies, and non-profit organizations to assist with their needs in a variety of ways. From multi-day service workshops and long-term consulting engagements to managing client events, she brings a wealth of experience to each project. Andrea takes great pride in her partnerships and immerses herself into each organization's mission so her unique skill set is optimized.
Andrea began her career as an intern with the NFL’s San Diego Chargers in 2003 and the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour in 2004. By 2005, she joined the WNBA’s Los Angeles Sparks as the Community Relations Coordinator and after two seasons transitioned to Manager of Client Relations. In 2007, she started with AEG (Anschutz Entertainment Group) at STAPLES Center as an Account Manager for Premium Services. In 2010, she moved on to Petco Park to oversee suites and manage key corporate partnerships for MLB’s San Diego Padres. Four seasons later she returned to AEG and STAPLES Center to lead her previous department as the Senior Director of Premium Services. Andrea served in that role from 2013-2018 before taking the leap to the consulting side!

Originally from Buffalo, NY, St. Urbain earned a degree in Sport Management from Cortland State University in New York. Andrea captained the Women's Volleyball team for the Red Dragons and earned AVCA All-American honorable mention and Conference MVP honors as an outside hitter. In 2015, she was inducted into the Frontier High School Wall of Fame for her achievements in Volleyball, Basketball, and Softball. She is a current member of WISE (Women in Sports and Events) and serves as a mentor for the WISE San Diego Chapter. Andrea and her husband Noah, a Crosschecker for the Toronto Blue Jays, reside in Southern California with their three children Reese, Noelle, and Brooks.
